  Julie M. Gurman LLC concentrates its practice in subrogation and recovery, utility law, construction claims and insurance defense. Julie has been practicing law for 17 years and has handled hundreds of trials throughout this time. She has deep experience in insurance subrogation, real estate litigation, defending consumer protection claims, and prosecuting commercial and residential foreclosures. Majority of the firm’s clients are third party vendors who represent utility companies. Julie graduated cum laude from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and received her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. In her spare time, she enjoys playing poker, attending Miami Dolphin games and spending time with her daughter.

Ray Marion has worked as a claims specialist for the last seven years and has recovered millions of dollars for clients in that time.  Ray attended Creighton University where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. Ray is a retired law enforcement officer who worked as a patrol officer and detective for a municipal law enforcement agency. Ray also served in the U.S. Army / Army Reserves / National Guard for 14 years as a military police officer and as a chinook helicopter pilot. Ray currently lives in Florida and enjoys surfing, time at the beach, but most of all spending time with his wife and daughter.
